Courses
Aromatherapy & Massage for Beginners
Learn to give massage to friends and family and use essential oils for different purposes, safely.
Duration: 5 weeks, each consisting of 2.5 hours (to allow sufficient time for massage practice).
Start date: Monday 25th February 2008.
Time: 19:00 to 21:30.
Venue: Littlemore, Peers Campus, Oxford.
Aromatherapy & Massage for Beginners 2
This class will be a continuation of Aromatherapy & Massage for Beginners (autumn 2007) and also for those who have completed similar courses. More massage leading to full body, more oils, their uses and methods of blending will be included.
Duration: 9 weeks, each consisting of 2.25 hours.
Date: Thursday 17 January 2008.
Time: 19:00 to 21:15.
Venue: Bicester, Day Care Centre, Social Services, near Garth Park.
One-day Workshops
Aromatherapy & Massage for Beginners
A one-day workshop. Enjoy a day of relaxing, learning how to give massage, receiving massage and learning how to use essential oils safely.
Date: Saturday, 1st March 2008.
Time: 10:00 to 16:00.
Venue: Matthew Arnold School, Cumnor, Oxford.
Meditation
A one-day workshop. Learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques.
Date: Saturday, 26th April 2008.
Time: 10:00 - 16:00.
Venue: Littlemore, Oxford.
